Whoever you are, and whatever your current fitness level, what matters most when you embark on any kind of exercise programme is the quality of information that you use and what you decide to do with it.
Sadly, in this country, we have been led to believe by expensive marketing that your ability to get fit is reliant on the latest fad diet or fitness gadget, and that the more expensive the item, the more fabulous your results will be.

When training with me, my mission is simple – whoever you are, and however fit or unfit you are, I will give you the same quality of information that you would get if you were an Olympic athlete and because of this – the results you get will be way beyond your expectations.
When I decided to ‘go it alone’ and leave the big corporate gyms behind, I deliberately decided not to fill my training studio with rows of cardio equipment, but began teaching you how to correctly use your body to move instead.
As a result, the movements that you learn to perform carry over exactly into your daily life, meaning that the performance increase is evident every single day and postural weakness and those nagging aches and pains are a thing of the past.
The most common question I get when new people visit my studio is "where is all the equipment?"
When I point to the people themselves and my collection of medicine balls, bands and free-weights, they usually look bemused. However, the point I make is that by applying the very latest sports science, we can make you work far harder than you ever would on a treadmill and it's much, much, more fun.
I Will Not Waste Your Time by...
Counting Calories... If you eat a half of your normal food and drink intake you will lose weight. It stands to reason. But going hungry is a horrible feeling and largely ineffective in the long-term. Sure, most of us are greedy and could probably stand to reduce our portions a little, but I will show you how by simply manipulating your macronutrient ratios you can achieve your desired figure without the hunger.
Jogging... I often hear it said that jogging is the best exercise. Let me tell you, studies suggest slow, boring cardio sessions are not the best way to burn fat. In fact by following my direction I will show you how to burn fat up to nine-times faster.
Crunches... I've heard it coached a thousand different ways and all with the same result. Nothing. Don't waste your time doing crunches to achieve a flat stomach. I will show you the most effective exercises and how they are done properly.

Most people fail to understand this. Not to say it will be easy, but as a coach I am equally interested created structural integrity. Therefore, I will look at how you move and how you function.
You are what you eat!
I will not put you on a diet! Instead I will encourage you to eat the right foods at the right times. This subtle difference will see you adopt new healthy habits that will relieve you from the stress of cravings.
You cannot make life conform to your lifestyle; you have to make your lifestyle conform to your life!
By a simple change of perspective, your fitness programme will fit into your daily life quite easily. I would not expect you to abstain from all the good stuff. However, by adopting healthy habits your fitness programme will become part of your life.
